Royal Mail Next Day Special Delivery and International (non-UK) Deliveries.
If you are not in when your parcel arrives Royal Mail will keep your package at your local depot for 7 days enabling you to pick it up. A card will be put through your door informing you of this. After 7 days the parcel is then returned to us. Postal charges may apply to re-send the goods back out to you. All non UK deliveries are sent via Royal Mail.
If you are not in when your parcel arrives Royal Mail will try to leave it with and obtain a signature from a neighbour. A card will be posted through your door to tell you where the parcel has been delivered or whether it has been returned to the depot. This is standard Royal Mail policy from end of Sept 2012. If you do not want Royal Mail to leave parcels with any neighbours, please contact them (not us, as we cannot instruct them on behalf of a household) via the Web www.royalmail.com and request no deliveries to neighbours for your address. They will send you a sticker to place near your mail box. Any undelivered parcels will be taken back to the depot and a card put through the door.
Please be aware that it is your responsibility to arrange collection/re-delivery of a parcel if no-one is available to sign for a parcel. If an item is returned to us due to non-collection, postal charges may apply to re-send the goods back to you.
Please note: This is a retail only web-site and we reserve the right not to fulfil orders which we suspect to be trade orders (due to delivery costs). If you would like a wholesale delivery quote please contact us.
All products purchased through this website are covered by our 30 day no quibble guarantee. If you are not totally satisfied with your order or have simply changed your mind, please return the unopened product to us within 30 days of your order date and we will refund you.
Please include a brief letter including your name and address and an explanation as to why you are returning the item(s). Please note we do not refund any postage you may have been charged unless the item is damaged, wrongly described or faulty.
Where is my order?
If you have placed an order using our tracked service you should have received an email with your tracking code. If you have used our standard delivery service please allow up to seven working days from the date of dispatch before you contact us. If you have a query about your delivery after seven working days please contact our customer service department on email@example.com quoting your address and order number.
